It is not a lifestyle that is going to afford you the latest gadgets and brand-new equipment. It is a lifestyle that will afford you peace, contentment, knowledge, reflection, and fulfillment in ways that most modern lifestyles can’t.

Living off your land is mainly referred to as homesteading. Homesteading makes use of resources from the land. It involves growing crops and raising livestock for food. You'll also collect rainwater or use wells for water, and use alternative energy sources like solar panels or wind turbines.
